The Ironical “Maybe”

The story of “maybes” isn’t a pretty one. It does not come with shy, happy smiles, daydreaming on something that you won’t even remember after a few hours.

Maybe is a difficult touch point. It leaves you with confusion and bit of insecurity and barely any clarity. ‘Maybe’ pauses and let’s you breathe in and absorb what’s going on, which is good. It is here and there but not yet “there”; it’s still a way off from the finishing line.

If it is ever possible, don’t be somebody’s “Maybe”. Not because it is a bad place to be in but if there is a choice and there always is, why would you be at a “maybe”.

Did this even make sense or maybe it just didn’t. That’s the irony with “maybe”.
